Mr. Lassiter provides over 25 years of expertise in new architectural design, project management, and construction administration services. His experience includes residential, multi-family, office and retail projects. In addition, he further serves as the mentor and trainer to our junior architectural staff. He is the office expert on projects with government assisted financing structures (LIHTC, HUD, and Tax Exempt Bonds) and their respective unique project requirements. This experience has led him to head all multi-family renovation projects.
