Cutter, a Hampton Roads native, has been a valued member of the Cox, Kliewer team since graduating from Virginia Tech in 2015. He recently completed the Architectural Registration Exams and became a licensed architect in April 2024. His portfolio includes single family, multi-family, commercial and industrial projects through all phases of production with strong experience in visualization for the community outreach and market. Outside the office, Cutter is an avid scale model maker and an active member of the Chesapeake Bay and Western Model Railroad Club in Yorktown.
