Originally from South Carolina, Ashley brings more than 15 years of management experience to her role as Director of Administration. Since joining the firm in late 2020, she has played a vital role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently and seamlessly. From office management to facility operations, she provides steady leadership, organizational expertise, and an attention to detail that supports both the team and the company’s continued growth. Outside of work, Ashley lives in Franklin, Virginia, with her husband and their two dogs on a small home farm where she pursues a degree in horticulture.
