Mr. Lassiter provides expertise in new architectural design, project management, and construction administration services. His experience includes residential, multi-family, office and retail projects. In addition, he further serves as the mentor and trainer to our junior architectural staff.
Mr. Lassiter is the office expert on projects with government assisted financing structures (LIHTC, HUD Tax Exempt Bonds) and their respective unique project requirements. This experience has led him to head all multi-family renovation projects.
