Description:
Master planning and full architectural design services for a mixed-use development which incorporates 196 apartment units, a ground level structured parking facility for 230 spaces, and 2,500 square feet of boutique retail. It was the first project developed under the Resort Area’s Form Based Code in close cooperation with the Planning Department. Amenities include a two-story 3,900 square foot Leasing Office Suite and Club House with multiple lounge areas, an open Exhibition Kitchen, Billiard Room and Fitness Center, which overlook a courtyard with a multi-level oval pool with a fountain, fire pits, grilles and gazebo as well as multiple seating and sunbathing areas. There is also a second more intimate courtyard with fountains.
