Description:
Previously a Glass Manufacturing and Distribution facility, this was one of three such projects that were awarded in three different states to be converted into speculative, flex space. Our solutions were broad and varied, but the result was fully leased facilities in only three years.
The design process included a complete feasibility study & resulting renovations of the skin, parking, utilities, access, landscaping, etc. The success of our designs and material selections resulted in massive energy savings and clean, functional solutions that will stand the test of time
