I thought you should know that we have been giving many tours of our new library building and furnishings, often to other folks in the state who are planning new or renovated libraries. Designers and/or architects are usually among the groups and everyone has been VERY impressed with the furniture and how this place looks and feels. They sit in all the chairs and discuss each one thoroughly, comparing the different feels and the fabrics. The librarians keep pointing out things they are now determined to have. The service counters are especially attractive to them.
You should be proud of all the work that Carole did for us, and of her creative vision for this library. Students, faculty, and other patrons rave. We frequently get requests for specs and info on where others can purchase specific pieces of furniture. We are very pleased and everyone else is impressed and complimentary, even your peers.
Thank you for your help. And Duff, for the good food and company too.
