Description:
Master Planning and full architectural services for the conversion of a 329,000 SF empty speculative building for the manufacture of K-cups used in Keurig coffee machines. Included in the design are areas for production, packaging, storage, flavor room, tasting lab, coffee roasting and degas room, truckers lobby, 35,000 sf of office with a mixture of open and closed office space, training & meeting rooms, locker, break and meditation rooms, large and small assembly places and room for future expansion.
